Ride A Pet (Roblox, group this game is gud) loops through ride → find eggs with radars/rudders → hatch on plot nests → equip faster pets → rarer eggs → mutations → index → rebirth. Speed sits at the center of that loop. Everything else — Advanced, Magic, and Royal radars, hatch luck, gear, food — multiplies whatever mount you are riding.

Ranking criteria

We weight:

1. Raw movement speed while riding (primary)
2. Availability for mid-game players (secondary)
3. Keeper value for mutations and index (tie-breaker)

S tier — farm carries

Kitsune, Dragon, and Cerberus sit at the top of community speed talk for serious egg routes. When you hatch one, equip it immediately. These mounts turn distant spawns into reliable returns before timers punish you. Pair them with your best radar and unlocked nests from the nests and gear guide.

S-tier goals:

• Main ride for almost every egg run
• Mutation candidates when you can afford the risk
• Never auto-sell without a rarity filter exception

A tier — strong progressive mounts

Phoenix, T-Rex, and Unicorn are excellent stepping stones and sometimes stay relevant depending on your hatch luck and server competition. They clearly beat early animals and keep eggs-per-minute healthy while you hunt S-tier eggs.

Use A-tier to:

• Contests on busy six-player servers
• Teach route discipline before you own a Kitsune-level pet
• Fill index slots without feeling stuck on starter speed

B tier — solid mid farm

Cheetah and similar high-mobility animals belong here when they outrun your current horse or monkey but are not yet endgame. B-tier pets are perfect “equip now, replace later” mounts. Sell duplicates aggressively once you have a stable A or S ride.

C tier — early mounts and temporary rides

Starter-style mounts such as snail, chicken, monkey, and horse get you moving on day one. They are not worthless — they teach the loop — but every minute you stay on them after hatching something faster is a minute of wasted eggs. How to use this list in a session

1. Equip your highest tier pet before leaving the plot.
2. Pop the best radar/rudder you own (Advanced → Magic → Royal progression).
3. Run a tight egg route; abandon bad fights for contested commons if an S-tier egg is up.
4. Place eggs on nests immediately; hatch luck on rarer eggs only.
5. Compare new hatches against this tier list before locking a mutation.

Tier list vs index vs mutations

• Ranking by rarity badge instead of ride speed
• Keeping three mid pets equipped mentally while forgetting to swap
• Spending hatch luck on C-tier eggs after you already have an A ride
